The small carriage house has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is approximately 500 square feet . Both bedrooms have queen beds. It has a small porch for your exclusive use, and there is a large downstairs porch to the main house which is available for your use. There are HD televisions with Direct TV in each room, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is no kitchen or living room, however with all the world -class restaurants and sites within close walking distance, most visitors would not cook anyway when staying in this neighborhood . Due to the small size, stays in excess of four days are not recommended. The bathroom has old fashioned claw tub which may be difficult for elderly or handicapped people to use. The property also has Internet access. The owner lives downstairs in the same house.
Adjacent to the carriage house is our other much larger fully furnished apartment with a kitchen ,dining room ,living room and 2 bathrooms which is listed as 77-A Society . Many visitors book both units where they can sleep a total of 10 people.
